Washing Instructions:
All apparel has a care tag included. On polo shirts, we recommend the following procedure for washing, which will greatly increase the life of the product and restrict washer damage:
- Prior to washing, button the top button of the shirt. Turn the shirt INSIDE OUT and put into the washer. If there are excessive stains on the shirt, apply extra liquid detergent to the stain before washing, or use a stain remover.
- Wash on normal setting.
- Dry on a cooler setting. Remove shirt and hang immediately to avoid wrinkles.
You'll find that the wear on collar and cuffs is reduced and the life of the shirt is increased.
Shrinkage:
All cotton products shrink, usually 3-5% based on the product. Washing in cooler temperatures and following the washing instructions will reduce the shrinkage. If you are "between sizes" for an item, we suggest that you order the larger item and expect some shrinkage.
